Welcome to Sumathi Decoration. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Services Provided
Sumathi Decoration provides event planning, stage decoration, and floral arrangement services for weddings, receptions, birthdays, housewarmings, and other events. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement on the scope of work.
2. Booking & Payments
- Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm and secure your booking for the event date.
- Final Settlement: The remaining balance must be cleared on or before the event date, as specified in the booking invoice.
- Pricing: Quotations are valid for a limited period and may be subject to change based on material costs or scope changes requested by the client.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
- Client Cancellations: If you cancel your event, the advance payment will be forfeited to cover administrative and procurement costs already incurred.
- Modifications: Any changes to the agreed design or scope must be communicated well in advance. We will accommodate changes subject to feasibility and availability of materials. Additional costs may apply.
- Force Majeure: Sumathi Decoration shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemic lockdowns).
4. Venue Guidelines & Damages
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the chosen venue permits the type of decorations planned. Sumathi Decoration will not be held liable for any damages to the venue structure or restrictions imposed by venue management. Any hired props or structures damaged by guests during the event will be billed to the client.
5. Intellectual Property
All photographs, videos, and designs created by Sumathi Decoration during your event remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to use these media materials for promotional purposes on our website and social media, respecting client privacy where requested.
6. Liability
While we strive for perfection and use high-quality materials, Sumathi Decoration is not liable for minor discrepancies between reference images and final setups due to seasonal availability of flowers or structural constraints of the venue. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu.
